The #comments thing was driving me nuts last night - especially when you're writing shell scripts in vim. It also breaks shebang lines.

I think it's fine if we allow hash#inside#words but not need it outside of Words

Bash and fish don't allow touch #file or vim #file so I think we're okay. You can always do touch '#file' if you need it.

You can always do `touch '#file'` if you need it.
